All our highly trained technicians carry a range of spares and all of the necessary tools and test equipment to repair service and validate your Autoclave. In the unlikely event that your sterilizer is not able to be repaired on site a loan unit will be provided at no additional cost.

Q: How often do I need to service my Autoclave?
A: If you are an AGPAL accredited Patrice you need to have your Autoclave serviced every 6 months and Validated every year.
Q: Do I need to do an electrical safety test every 6 months?
A: No, unless you are a Hospital. Performing an electrical safety test on your equipment once a year meets all the relevant Australian standards.
Q: What do I need for my Validation?
A: You will need to have biological indicators (7), Distilled water and Challenge pack (or your Practice’s hardest to sterilize pack).
